Spicy Garlic Shrimp served with Chili and Herb Penne

1 Poundpenne pasta
1 PoundPeeled shrimp Defrosted
1 TablespoonFresh cilantroChopped
1 EachJalapeno pepperFinely chopped
1 TablespoonFresh basil leavesSnipped into shreds
1 TablespoonOlive oil


  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan and add olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the Seeds of Change® Tuscan Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce. Heat to a simmer then stir in snipped basil.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the penne pasta as directed on the package. Drain and stir in chopped cilantro and jalapeno.
  4. To serve, pile pasta into shallow soup bowls and spoon shrimp over. Serve with a green salad.
