  1. Prepare Seven Whole Grain according to package directions.
  2. In separate skillet, heat oil and butter on medium-high heat.
  3. Add mixture of mushrooms and sauté until cooked.
  4. Salt and pepper mushrooms to taste.
  5. When pilaf is ready, add mixed mushrooms to pilaf.
  6. Top with fresh thyme and blue cheese crumbles.
  7. Serve with your nicely grilled steak.
