Indian Rice Blend
Hike up over 5,000 feet in the Himalayas and you'll find a Tibetan village called Dharamsala. With its proximity to the prime Basmati growing region of India, we felt it was entirely appropriate to name our newest rice blend after this special place. And in tribute to the Indian influence, our Dharamsala Blend of mung beans, lentils and garbanzos features a melange of Indian spices known as Bisibelebath (say that ten times fast).
